Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Banking Operations team. In this role, you'll support Investor Services clients by handling high-volume inbound calls, resolving account inquiries, processing transactions, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

This is a 6+ month contract that is fully onsite to downtown Chicago.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a fast-paced contact center environmentResearch and resolve account-related inquiries with accuracy and professionalismProcess banking transactions including ACH transfers, wire transfers, stop payments, and account maintenanceDocument client interactions and resolutions within CRM systemsProvide accurate information on banking products and servicesCollaborate with team members while effectively managing work independently
QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ year of experience within banking, financial services, or a financial institution2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environmentKnowledge of ACH transactions, wire transfers, xzbcwsv investments, redemptions, and banking terminologyExperience using CRM systems and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams)Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask, work efficiently, and thrive in a dynamic environment
