Coach X. Live is looking for a Sales Manager to drive team performance while consistently contributing through personal sales.

Key Responsibilities

Own monthly team revenue targets. Lead, coach, and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives. Drive daily closing calls, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions. Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales funnels. Ensure strong CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and sales process compliance. Drive daily and weekly team commitments with high accountability. Mentor the team through live call coaching, objection handling, and performance reviews. Build a high-performance, ethical, and execution-focused sales culture.

What We're Looking Fo

r3–8 years of Inside Sales experience with at least 2 years in a team management role . Proven track record of consistently achieving team revenue targets . Strong coaching, forecasting, and sales management skills . Experience in Ed Tech is must . Data-driven, process-oriented, and passionate about building winning teams
