Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

• Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams and follow up until resolution.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Educate customers about products, services, and best practices.

• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.

• Prepare daily and weekly customer support reports.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and service quality standards.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Customer-centric attitude with good interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).

• Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, Telugu are mandatory.
