About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our existing members.

You’ll interact with customers primarily through WhatsApp, app chat, Instagram, and community groups , helping them with questions, concerns, and day-to-day support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, chat, Instagram, and community groups.
• Understand customer concerns and provide clear, timely solutions.
• Assist members with program, app, workout, nutrition, and account-related queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Follow up on unresolved concerns until closure.
• Proactively check in with customers and identify potential issues.
• Maintain a positive and supportive customer experience.
• Collect customer feedback and share recurring issues with the relevant teams.
• Help improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, customer experience, or chat support .
• Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
• Ability to remain calm and professional while handling complaints.
• Proactive attitude with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Genuine interest in fitness, nutrition, and wellness.
• BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy.
