About Matrix Wellness

Matrix Wellness is an integrated recovery and longevity sanctuary in Santacruz, Mumbai, founded by Tiger and Krishna Shroff. We bring together eleven science-backed modalities, including cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT), IV therapy, PEMF, red light and dry float, into one personalised therapy stack for every guest. We are opening soon and building a founding team.

The Role

We are looking for a full-time, on-site doctor to serve as the medical anchor of the clinic. You will be the on-floor medical authority: screening guests for suitability, overseeing therapy safety, and guiding members through their recovery and longevity journey. This is a premium, high-touch, guest-facing role, so polish and communication matter as much as clinical judgement.

Responsibilities

Conduct guest consultations and health assessments, and review blood, body composition and other diagnostic reports. Screen for contraindications and clear guests for therapies such as HBOT, cryotherapy and IV drips. Provide medical oversight of IV therapy, including formulation guidance and safe administration protocols. Personalise therapy stacks and longevity plans based on each guest's goals and health profile. Respond to any on-site medical situations and uphold safety, hygiene and documentation standards. Work closely with therapists and front-of-house to deliver a seamless, high-end experience.

Requirements

MBBS from a recognised institution. An MD or additional certification in sports/wellness/functional medicine is a plus. Valid registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC). Excellent spoken English and Hindi, with a warm, articulate, confident manner suited to a premium clientele. Based in Mumbai and able to work on-site daily in Santacruz West. Smart, presentable, and genuinely interested in recovery, longevity and preventive wellness.
