About the Role

Lead Plant Finance and Finance Controllership functions. Drive Budgeting, Forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Financial Planning, and FP& A.

Responsibilities

Manage product costing, standard costing, variance analysis, and cost optimization. Oversee plant accounting, monthly closing, MIS, and financial reporting. Ensure GST compliance, statutory audits, and regulatory compliance. Monitor inventory valuation, working capital, and internal controls. Partner with Plant Head and Operations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Drive SAP-based financial processes, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

CA Qualified with 15+ years of experience in manufacturing company.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Finance, GST, SAP FI/CO, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning. Excellent analytical, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

Experience in a manufacturing environment.
