We’re looking for a CRM Executiv e to strengthen our customer relationships through effective CRM strategies and data-driven engagement

Location: Nexus Esplanade, Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze customer data to generate actionable insights. Execute customer engagement & retention campaigns. Manage and maintain CRM database. Track CRM performance and prepare reports. Collaborate with sales & marketing teams .

✅ REQUIREMENT: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields 1–2 years of CRM / customer service / sales support experience Strong analytical, communication & Excel skills Hands-on experience with CRM tools
