Job Description Manage all phases of commercial interiors projects from preconstruction through final turnover Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration activities Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, landlords, consultants, and subcontractors Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Monitor project performance and proactively resolve schedule, budget, and quality issues Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and project cost control Partner with field teams to ensure seamless project execution Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Manage project closeout activities, punch lists, and final client handover Foster strong client relationships that drive repeat business opportunities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction Proven experience managing commercial interiors, tenant improvement, or renovation projects Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and client relationships Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $125,000 Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match ESOP Program Vehicle allowance Opportunities for professional growth and development.
