Job title: Lead Solution Architect – Healthcare (Pre-Sales & Solutions)

Location: Location Preferred: Mumbai, Noida, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Bangalore

Secondary: Hyderabad, Chennai, and other Wipro locations

Note: Candidate should have experience in BPO presales to be qualified for this role. Candidates having experience in Healthcare Payer business are preferred.

Experience:

• 15 years of experience in the US Healthcare industry.
• 5 years as sr solution architect or Sr pre sales solutions manager
• Strong understanding of the Healthcare Payer value chain, including:
• Medicare & Medicaid
• Commercial Health Plans
• Enrollment & Billing
• Claims Management
• Provider Services
• Contact Center Operations
• Deep knowledge of industry challenges, market trends, and competitive landscape within Healthcare Payer outsourcing.
• Ability to conduct SWOT analysis and recommend strategic growth opportunities for Wipro.
• Hands-on experience in solution design, proposal development, RFx responses, and proactive client pitches.
• Experience in developing sales collateral, thought leadership content, and website content is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Pre-Sales

• Own and drive solutioning activities for proactive and reactive sales opportunities, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Develop compelling, client-centric solutions and value propositions aligned to business requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Transition, Finance/Pricing, and other cross-functional teams to build winning proposals.

Client Engagement & Solution Defense

• Lead client presentations and solution defense discussions.
• Present Wipro’s healthcare capabilities and differentiated value proposition to prospective clients.
• Participate in industry analyst briefings and presentations.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the Healthcare Payer outsourcing space.
• Conduct gap assessments of existing solutions and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Offerings & Partnership Development

• Identify and evaluate strategic partners to strengthen Wipro’s service portfolio.
• Collaborate with delivery and partner ecosystems to develop new Go-to-Market (GTM) solutions and service offerings.

Thought Leadership & Business Growth

• Author thought papers, white papers, and industry insights demonstrating Wipro’s expertise.
• Create high-quality content to support lead generation and brand positioning.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to drive pipeline growth and new business opportunities.
