Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieverevenue targets.
  
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities withinthe bio-science sector.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clientsand stakeholders.
  
• Provide expert knowledge and guidance on Chromatographyand Spectroscopy products.
  
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, andtechnical discussions with clients.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to developpromotional materials and strategies.
  
• Track sales performance and report on key metrics andoutcomes.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitorsactivities to identify opportunities for growth.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or arelated field.
  
• 3 years of proven sales experience in the bio-scienceindustry.
  
• In-depth knowledge of Chromatography and Spectroscopytechniques and applications.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding salestargets.
  
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with laboratory equipment andinstrumentation.
  
• Established network within the bio-science industry.
  
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industrystandards
  

Commission: 1% on sales; Quarterly Basis (3months)
