The operations center (GSS) in Ahmedabad, India is an extension of our teams in the United States and is instrumental in maximizing the operational efficiency of Hanover's development, construction, and property management platforms.
About The Role - | Interior Architect
We are looking for an Interior Architect to join our Design team in Ahmedabad and contribute to the design development, presentation graphics, consultant coordination, and construction documentation of luxury multifamily buildings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop space plans, concept plans, interior layouts, elevations, and construction drawings Create detailed 3 D models and renderings for design development and presentations Coordinate consultant drawings across project milestones Develop presentation drawings and corridor layouts Maintain standard detail libraries and contribute to improving design efficiency Resolve design challenges with practical and innovative solutionsQualifications
B. Arch with 3–6 years of experience Expert proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Photoshop Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, Procore/Box, and Plan Grid Strong interior detailing and understanding of construction build-out and finish materials Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbalIf you're passionate about interior architecture and want to work on high-quality multifamily projects with a US-based design team, we'd love to hear from you.
