The At Your Service Center Colleague is responsible for providing a great customer experience during all At Your Service activities including Buy Online Pickup in Store transactions, ringing and processing return merchandise, handling non-congruent items and performing other assigned duties in accordance with procedures and standards. Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English No Education or Experience Required This position requires lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Involves standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 30lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision.
