VNS Health is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality, home and community-based care across New York City. In this role, you will assess and treat adult and geriatric patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized, evidence-based care plans. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate families and caregivers, and document care using EMR systems.
