Social media at FCV Tobacco is a trade channel, not a consumer one. The audience is manufacturers, importers and leaf dealers, and the Social Media Manager runs a strictly B2B LinkedIn presence that explains grades, processing forms, packaging and shipping to people who buy leaf by the container.

The posts are short explainers drawn from what the sales and product team know, written for a trade reader. Enquiries that come in through social channels go to sales, never answered by negotiating in the comments. Tobacco is never marketed to consumers or minors, and this role holds that line firmly.

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 per month. Negotiable according to experience and skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish LinkedIn content for importers, manufacturers and leaf dealers
• Turn product and shipping knowledge into short explainers on grades, processing forms, packaging and FOB shipping
• Prepare simple graphics and carousels that make technical information easy to read
• Route trade enquiries from social channels to the sales team the same day
• Report monthly on which posts attracted relevant business contacts

Requirements

• Professional English for a trade audience
• Experience managing a LinkedIn page or comparable professional channel
• Firm understanding that this account never targets consumers or minors
• Basic design skill with Canva or similar
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview

Preferred

• B2B or industrial social media experience
• Experience turning technical subjects into clear posts
• Basic analytics reporting
