As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Operations & Client Success Manager to take ownership of our projects from award to final closure.

What You'll Do

Lead project execution from post-award to successful handover.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams, Design, Procurement and Finance.

Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive project timelines, quality, billing and collections.

Manage change orders, commercial closures and final handovers.

Track project profitability, risks and operational performance.

Ensure a seamless client experience while delivering projects on time and within budget.

What We're Looking For

8-12 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit-outs or Design & Build.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong client-facing, commercial and leadership skills.

Experience in billing, contracts, project coordination and operational management.

Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
