HRIS Process Consultant

Key Responsibilities:Partner with HR, Technology, and implementation teams to design and optimize HR processes.Translate business requirements into functional solutions and validate system configurations.Lead process design workshops, user validation, training, and change readiness activities.Drive adoption of best practices, challenge legacy ways of working, and identify opportunities to leverage AI within HR operations.
