Delivery Manager – Manufacturing Technology

BWS is looking for a Delivery Manager with strong technical and manufacturing domain experience to lead the delivery of software and digital solutions for manufacturing customers.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end delivery of manufacturing software projects from requirements to deployment. Lead BA, Manufacturing SME, Technical Lead, Developers and QA teams. Work closely with customers, plant teams and business stakeholders. Drive project planning, architecture discussions, development, testing, UAT and go-live. Ensure technical requirements, dependencies, quality and timelines are effectively managed. Work with Technical Leads to ensure scalable, secure and maintainable solutions. Identify delivery risks, resolve issues and manage scope and customer expectations. Build strong and repeatable software delivery processes and engineering practices.

Technical & Domain Experience

Strong understanding of:

Software Development Lifecycle | Web Applications | APIs | Microservices | Cloud | Databases | System Integration | Agile | Dev Ops

along with manufacturing technologies such as:

MES | IIo T | Industry 4.0 | OEE | Shop-floor Digitisation | ERP–MES Integration | Manufacturing Analytics | AI

What We Look For

10–15 years in software development / technology delivery. Proven experience managing complex software projects and technical teams. Strong technical understanding, with the ability to engage with architects and developers. Hands-on experience delivering manufacturing digital solutions. Strong customer and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate manufacturing problems into technology solutions. Manufacturing experience in Automotive / Auto Components / Industrial Manufacturing is preferred.
