RN Critical Care Float Pool

St. Mark's Hospital seeks an experienced RN to join our Critical Care Float Pool on night shift. You will provide high-acuity care to patients across ICU, step-down, and other critical units, performing comprehensive assessments, administering medications, managing drips, ventilators, and complex equipment. The role includes responding to rapid responses and codes, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families. You’ll follow evidence-based protocols, document accurately in the EHR, precept as needed, and support a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement.
