You will put these skills to use. You will develop a regional sales strategy,
lead a market entry strategy into the senior living sector, direct a team, and
align strategic resources to influence the full lead potential of HSM's vendor
network. You will also have ownership and be accountable for business outcomes.
<b>What you'll do during a typical day:</b>
<ul><li>Market entry strategy</li><li>Identify and track key sales metrics (sales pipeline, sales funnel,</li></ul>
time-to-close, win rate)
<ul><li>Lead development of sales collateral</li><li>Lead a cross functional team to achieve growth goals</li></ul>
<b>How you'll collaborate with others:</b>
* Cultivate partnerships with strategic suppliers, senior living brands,
facility management company representatives, and owner groups.
* Give strategic guidance and engage with Sales teams on opportunities from
inception through the contracting phase.
* Work with internal and external teams through lead sourcing strategy and
activation.
<ul><li>Collaborate with teams on contract revisions.</li><li>Work with branding teams to create sales and marketing materials that support</li></ul>
lead generation efforts.
* Engage with external agencies, plan, and execute important events for top
prospects.
<ul><li>Develop relationships with key account partners.</li><li>Collaborate with Account Management to deliver services per the contract and</li></ul>
meet customer needs.
* Guide a team of professionals for performance and personal development.
<b>Deliverables you'll take ownership of:</b>
<ul><li>Short and long-term senior living sales strategy</li><li>Set KPIs and performance metrics for entry into senior living market</li><li>Determine specific suppliers and products required to meet the needs of the</li></ul>
market and working with Category Management to source the products
* Lead all senior living business development efforts
<h2>WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE THE STAY</h2>

units; includes maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and
integrity.
<b>You have these minimum qualifications:</b>
<ul><li>Ten (10) years of related professional experience</li><li>Four (4) years of sales and management/supervisory experience</li><li>Open to travel up 50% of the time</li></ul>
<b>It would be useful if you have:</b>
<ul><li>BA/BS Bachelor's Degree or MA/MS Master's Degree</li><li>Fifteen (15+) years of related professional experience</li><li>Six (6+) years of sales and management/supervisory experience</li><li>Senior living operational or account experience</li><li>GPO sales/account management experience of senior living supply chain</li></ul>
management

*Benefits availability may vary depending on Team Member's location as well as
terms and conditions of employment and are subject to the terms and conditions

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits
[ package to support their mental and physical

this role is $160,000 – $230,000 and is determined based on applicable and
specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you
will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and
the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at
the same level and/or position within the Company.
