Residential Solar Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and results- driven Residential Solar Sales Representative to support our U. S. residential solar business. The role involves engaging prospective U. S. homeowners, understanding their energy requirements, presenting solar proposals, explaining system benefits and financial options, handling objections, and converting qualified leads into sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective U. S. residential customers and follow up on leads.
  


• Qualify customers based on electricity usage, property suitability, and interest in solar.
  


• Present residential solar proposals, including system size, estimated production, equipment, savings, and pricing.
  


• Explain financing/ payment options and applicable incentives or programs provided by the company.
  


• Address customer objections related to pricing, savings, financing, equipment, and installation.
  


• Schedule appointments and consistently follow up with qualified prospects.
  


• Achieve assigned sales and appointment targets.
  


• Maintain accurate customer information, call outcomes, follow- ups, and next actions in the CRM.
  


• Coordinate with Proposal, Design, Project Management, and other relevant teams.
  


• Build professional relationships with U. S. homeowners and provide timely responses throughout the sales cycle. JD_for_Sales_Represntative JD_for_Sales_Represntative
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred.
  


• 1– 3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or solar sales preferred.
  


• Experience dealing with the U. S. market/ U. S. customers is an advantage.
  


• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  


• Strong telephone communication, negotiation, and objection- handling skills.
  


• Comfortable working according to U. S. time zones.
  


• Basic understanding of residential solar/ PV systems preferred.
  


• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
