Location: Ahmedabad, India (On-Site)

Shift: U. S. Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST) | Monday–Friday

Role Overview:

The Account Associate will manage core bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting operations for U. S. clients. This role requires strong software proficiency, analytical capability, and client coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using Quick Books / Xero

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial reports

• Handle AP/AR processes, vendor coordination, and client invoicing

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and support month-end closing

• Coordinate with clients for daily accounting requirements and documentation

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of accounting experience (U. S. accounting preferred)

• Working knowledge of Quick Books / Xero

• Strong Excel and analytical skills

• Effective communication skills for client coordination

• Ability to work in U. S. shift timings
