You are the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring every unit in your territory performs at its peak. Key Responsibilities ● Performance Ownership: Take full accountability for sales targets, P&L, and operational KPIs across multiple units. ● Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop unit managers and frontline staff to build a high-performing culture. ● Operational Excellence: Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed across all locations to maintain quality and efficiency. ● Strategic Growth: Identify market opportunities within your area to increase market share and customer satisfaction. ● After Sales: Ensure NPS score > 90%, Man
