Purpose of the role:

To drive data-driven planning, monitoring, analytics, and reporting for TSF's agriculture programmes by strengthening MIS systems, ensuring data quality, and generating actionable insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage MIS frameworks, data collection systems, databases, and reporting mechanisms for agriculture programmes.

• Ensure timely data collection, validation, audits, and field verification to maintain data accuracy, reliability, and integrity.

• Analyze programme data and prepare dashboards, MIS reports, presentations, and insights for management reviews, thematic planning, and Board requirements.

• Strengthen project MIS systems and build the capacity of programme and MIS team members through training and technical support.

• Collaborate with programme teams to ensure timely reporting, performance tracking, and evidence-based decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards.

• Explore and implement digital tools and technology solutions to enhance field monitoring, reporting, and programme analytics.

• Ensure coordination with IT and Strategy team of TSF for necessary support.

Work Experience: 0-4 Years of Experience working in data management systems and implementing MIS systems.

Minimum Qualification: Full-time Graduation in any stream

Technical Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Advanced Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with data analysis and statistical tools such as R and SPSS, along with data visualization platforms including Tableau and Power BI, is preferred.

• Ability to analyse large datasets and generate meaningful, actionable insights to support program and business objectives.
