Responsibilities:Source and manage retail transactions from inception to closingPerform market research for potential real estate acquisitionsAssist in the drafting and preparation of detailed investment memorandaFollow up on all leads and requests for informationAssess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trendsManage due diligence process and assist in the disposition processDevelop relationships with potential joint venture partners, developers, or brokers for acquisitionsPhysically inspect properties for possible acquisitions
Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field6+ years of experience in Real xzbcwsv Estate Acquisitions with a focus on retail assetsExperience with deal sourcing is requiredProficiency with Argus, Excel, and financial modelingAbility to collaborate effectively with both peers and senior executives in a team-oriented environmentWilling to travel extensively
