Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Sukkur. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for infrastructure projects, and supporting planning activities from concept through completion. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits, performing technical calculations, coordinating with architects, contractors, and other engineers, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves monitoring project progress, supporting stormwater and drainage solutions, preparing reports and documentation, and contributing to cost estimates and schedules. The Civil Engineer will also assist with resolving technical issues during construction and help maintain project quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, with the ability to develop and review structural, infrastructure, and site development plans.
• Experience working as part of teams of Civil Engineers, contributing to coordinated project delivery and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Planning skills for organizing project phases, preparing work schedules, and supporting resource allocation.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management, including drainage design, runoff analysis, and adherence to local environmental regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; professional registration or licensure is an advantage.
• Proficiency with relevant engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent) and strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform on-site inspections in Sukkur, work collaboratively with diverse teams, and communicate clearly in written and verbal formats.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and construction practices; prior experience in infrastructure or municipal projects is beneficial.
