FlexyPe is the only global one-click checkout provider for D2C brands. Since our inception, we have processed over INR 300+ crores in transactions, with a monthly average of 25 crore INR. We are a tight-knit team of 20 passionate and relentless individuals dedicated to revolutionizing the checkout experience. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to take ownership of our day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- MIS & Financial Reporting: Maintain and update financial MIS, revenue and expense reports, collection reports, and other management dashboards to provide accurate and timely financial insights.

- Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate books of accounts, record revenue and expenses, manage accounting entries, and ensure financial records are complete and up to date.

- Invoicing: Generate and raise accurate invoices for clients, partners, and other stakeholders, and ensure timely sharing and tracking of invoices.

- Accounts Receivable & Collections: Track outstanding and overdue payments, follow up with defaulters through calls, emails, and other channels, and ensure timely collection of receivables.

- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of bank accounts, payment gateways, invoices, collections, and other financial transactions. Investigate and resolve discrepancies.

- Audit Support: Maintain supporting documents and records required for audits and coordinate with auditors, accountants, and external consultants whenever required.

- Contract & Documentation Management: Maintain and organize financial agreements, contracts, invoices, supporting documents, and other records related to customers, vendors, and partners.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Basic understanding of GST, TDS, statutory filings, and audit processes .
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets . Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Good communication skills and confidence in following up with customers/vendors for payments and documentation.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple finance activities and meet deadlines.
  • Ownership mindset - someone who doesn't just maintain the books but actively keeps track of what is pending, what needs attention, and what needs to be done next.

Job Type: Full Time (Mon to Sat)

Hybrid Role: Currently remote, with the possibility of working from our Bengaluru office as the team and business grow.

Location: Bengaluru, India

CTC: 3.5 to 5 LPA Fixed + Performance Bonus
