As a full-time remote Pension Benefits Administration Services Analyst II, the successful candidate will manage recurring plan administration services, triage participant issues, and support pension projects while collaborating with team members and clients. Key Responsibilities Triaging, researching, and responding to participant issues related to eligibility and calculation errors Processing retirement benefit applications and verifying the accuracy of information Preparing and delivering training to team members while maintaining documentation materials for audit purposes Required Qualifications Expert knowledge and 5+ years of experience in Pension and/or Defined Benefits Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Pension calculations and Audit Support Experience in reporting, SQL, and Data Analysis Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook Able to communicate effectively with clients regarding pension matters
