The Role We're hiring an experienced Affiliate & IB Partnerships Manager to build and lead our affiliate and introducing-broker network from day one. This is not a performance marketing or media buying role. The core of this job is your existing book of affiliate/IB relationships and your ability to activate it fast. You'll own the full affiliate lifecycle: recruiting partners, onboarding them, keeping a roster active and producing, and scaling the network into TBM's primary revenue channel. What you'll do
