Assistant Restaurant Manager

SSP is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support operations at Sun King Brewery within our telecommunications-focused client portfolio. In this on-site role, you’ll help lead daily front-of-house activities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and guest-focused environment. You’ll supervise staff, manage schedules, oversee cash handling, POS accuracy, and inventory, and uphold food safety and alcohol service standards. You’ll resolve guest issues, support events, and collaborate with SSP site teams.
