Role Description:

• Generate new B2B business opportunities through networking, LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals, email campaigns, and other channels

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Conduct regular face-to-face client meetings and field visits

• Present our services and prepare proposals/quotations

• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure

• Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into clients

• Develop long-term client relationships and identify repeat/upselling opportunities

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Client Acquisition / Account Management
•  Candidates with a sales background in the machinery/engineering industry and familiarity with CAD softwares will be preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong field sales and client-facing experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• A proactive approach to lead generation
• Strong follow-up and closing skills
• Comfortable interacting with senior decision-makers
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
• Self-motivated, professional, and capable of working independently
