Job Description:- Manage and maintain executives, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handling domestic flight bookings on Amadeus and Portal Re-issuance of flight ticketsin GDS & Hotel bookingswith the Hotel team, end-to-end booking. Managed group bookings and local travel coordination for domestic locations. Processing Domestic tickets for refund and co-coordinating the same with accounts to issue creditnotes for the canceled tickets. Required Skills: -Good verbal & written communication .Implant experience with some big corporate compan yGood interpersonal skills .Excellent Knowledge of computer& Galileo GDS & Amadeus .Must have good Phone etiquette and active listening abilities. Listening and addressing customer queries .Must be familiar with working knowledge of world geography and the basics of traveling to foreign countries, such as currency exchange rates, spoken languages and important social norm s Qualification & Experience: - Graduate with relevant experience of 5 years in Travel Corporate Backgrou ndIATA Certifi ed
