With a strong selection of in-stock products and design support, our goal is to make the renovation and material-selection process easier, faster, and more inspiring.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time at our Bay Shore, NY showroom.This is a customer-facing role that combines showroom sales, customer service, relationship building, and marketing support.Responsibilities include:Welcoming customers and understanding their project needs, style, and budgetRecommending tile, flooring, and design optionsPreparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with customersBuilding and maintaining relationships with contractors, designers, builders, and homeownersKeeping showroom displays organized and up to dateSupporting social media content, product promotions, and digital marketing activitiesUpdating product listings and helping promote new inventory and special offersAssisting with showroom events, designer presentations, and promotional campaignsFollowing up with leads and helping convert inquiries into showroom visits and salesWorking with the team to meet sales goals and provide an excellent customer experienceQualificationsStrong communication and customer service skillsPrevious experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related customer-facing roleComfortable speaking with customers, presenting products, xzbcwsv and helping close salesInterest in interior design, home improvement, tile, flooring, or building materials is a plusGood sense of color, style, and design is helpfulComfortable using email, spreadsheets, POS systems, and basic computer toolsFamiliarity with social media and basic marketing is preferredOrganized, dependable, outgoing, and comfortable following up with customers and leadsAbility to work full-time on-site in Bay Shore, NY, including some weekends as neededHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in marketing, business, design, or a related field is a plus
