- £50,000 per annum Location: City of London & West End Job Type: Technical/Engineering Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Job Summary We're recruiting for an experienced Foot Mobile Supervisor to support and oversee a team of mobile engineers across Central London.

This is a hands-on supervisory role involving planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, engineer support and ensuring high standards of service delivery across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical building services background, experience supervising engineers and a good understanding of health and safety, statutory compliance and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities · Supervise mobile engineering teams across multiple sites.

· Plan and coordinate PPM activities, ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales.

· Oversee reactive maintenance and ensure faults are addressed within SLA requirements.

· Allocate daily workloads and prioritise jobs based on urgency and location.

· Carry out site inspections and quality-check completed works.

· Provide technical support and guidance to engineers.

· Monitor statutory compliance, inspections, testing and certification.

· Ensure compliance with RAMS, permit-to-work procedures and health and safety requirements.

· Investigate recurring faults and implement corrective actions.

· Coordinate subcontractors and specialist contractors where required.

· Monitor SLA and KPI performance across the portfolio.

· Maintain accurate work orders and ensure jobs are correctly allocated, completed and closed.

Requirements · Previous experience in a supervisory role within Facilities Management or building services.

· Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical or building services maintenance.

· Experience overseeing PPM and reactive maintenance.

· Ability to support and coordinate mobile engineering teams.

· Good understanding of statutory compliance and health and safety procedures.

· Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
