Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, prospecting potential clients, and supporting the sales team in building strong customer relationships within the US staffing market.

This role is ideal for professionals with 1-2 years of staffing industry experience who are eager to build a long-term career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for sales leaders and account executives.
• Build and maintain prospect databases and CRM records.
• Research target accounts and decision-makers.
• Support lead generation and pipeline development activities.
• Collaborate with recruiting and sales teams to understand client requirements.
• Track and report sales activities and performance metrics.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communications.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in US Staffing, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High energy, confidence, and professional presence.
• Experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and sales engagement platforms.
• Ability to work during US business hours.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience generating leads for staffing or workforce solutions services.
• Familiarity with MSP, VMS, and staffing industry terminology.
• Proven success in appointment setting or business development support.
