Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Relationship Executive with 2+ years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in online bidding, proposal preparation, lead generation, and client relationshipmanagement. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with a good understanding of software development concepts and technical terminology, are essential. The role involvesidentifying business opportunities, coordinating with technical teams, and engaging with international clients. Candidates must be comfortable working in the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business opportunities through online bidding platforms and other lead generation channels.
• Prepare, customize, and submit proposals, bids, and RFP responses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities.
• Create presentations, capability documents, and other pre-sales materials.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process. 

Preferred Skills



• 2+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Business Development, or Pre-Sales within the IT industry.
• Proven experience with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar portals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare compelling proposals and business presentations.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and common technical terminology.
• Strong client management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
