Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities across production, supply chain, and inventory management to ensure timely availability of Saffr'n products. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes coordinating with manufacturing partners, vendors, and logistics providers to optimize processes and control costs. The Operations Manager will develop and implement standard operating procedures, monitor quality standards, and maintain compliance with relevant safety and regulatory requirements. The role involves analyzing operational data, managing budgets, and preparing reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement. The Operations Manager will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to support launches and scale operations efficiently.

• Candidates should possess skills in inventory control, demand forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, reporting, and using spreadsheets or ERP tools to track performance.
• Candidates should possess skills in quality assurance, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and risk management.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a structured approach to continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; experience in FMCG or skincare/beauty operations is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience managing on-site operations, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based environment.
