Responsibilities: Manage procurement of raw materials, components, and supplies to meet production schedules. Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and timely deliveries. Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure schedules are met efficiently. Adjust production plans to address changes in demand, supply availability, or capacity. Monitor and control inventory levels to balance availability with cost efficiency. Maintain accuracy of stock records through regular cycle counts and audits. Assist warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, handling, and distribution. Track warehouse KPI’s, including order accuracy, on-time shipments, and space utilization.
Qualifications and Education RequirementsEducation, Experience and Skills:Bachelor’s or Equivalent 4 Year Experience5+ years of experience in supply chain operations with emphasis on purchasing, planning, inventory, and warehouse management.Experience in lighting or electrical component handling is a plusStrong knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management practices.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. xzbcwsv Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Ability to read and understand pick lists, part numbers, and basic product drawingsAbility to lift to 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
