Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Assist users via calls, email, and live chat regarding their Mint Money accounts, services, and queries.
• Problem Solving: Identify, research, and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
• Feedback Loop: Document recurring customer pain points and share insights with the product and operations teams.
• Engagement: Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone to build customer trust.

What We Are Looking For

• Freshers or undergraduates pursuing any degree (Finance, Commerce, or Communication background is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Active listening skills with a patient, customer-first attitude.
• Basic familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and financial products (preferred, not mandatory).
