We're looking for an experienced Safety Manager to lead our safety and compliance program and support our growing fleet.Location: Naperville, IL (on-site)Pay: $2,000/week Type: Full-timeWhat you'll do:• Manage FMCSA/DOT compliance, including HOS, ELD, DQ files, and drug & alcohol testing• Monitor and improve CSA scores and prepare for DOT audits• Handle accident investigations, claims, and insurance coordination• Onboard, train, and coach drivers on safety policies• Work directly with dispatch and a multilingual driver teamRequirements:• 5+ years of safety experience in US trucking• Strong knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations• Fluent English (written and spoken) xzbcwsv • Fluent Russian (required, since much of our driver team speaks Russian)• Organized, proactive, and comfortable making tough callsWhy join us:• Competitive weekly pay• Stable, growing company• Direct impact on fleet safety and company culture
