Job Description
About the Role:
RThree Creatives is a strategic branding agency specializing in brand identity, packaging, website design, digital creatives, and print communication. We have worked with 120+ brands across 6+ countries. We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Sales Manager to generate leads, build client relationships, pitch our creative solutions, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate and qualify leads across FMCG, D2 C, startups, SMEs, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, and other sectors.
2. Prospect through Linked In, email, calls, networking, referrals, and other channels.
3. Understand client requirements and pitch suitable branding and creative solutions.
4. Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
5. Prepare proposals and coordinate with the creative team.
6. Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
7. Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and retainerships.
8. Maintain and update the sales pipeline/CRM.
Requirements:
1. Hands on experience in outbound sales/business, preferably in a branding, advertising, digital marketing, or creative agency with 2-8 years of sales experience
2. Strong understanding of branding, design, and digital marketing services.
3. Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
6. Experience with CRM, Linked In prospecting, and email outreach is preferred.
Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 fixed monthly salary + 15% commission on the average value of deals closed.
Work Model: Remote / Hybrid, with occasional in-person client meetings or team discussions when required.
