Job Statement

To create high-quality visual communication materials that strengthen the Nicomatic brand identity and effectively promote connectors, cable assemblies, electronic solutions, and custom engineering capabilities across digital, print, exhibitions, customer presentations, technical documentation, and marketing campaigns.

The role supports sales, product marketing, business development, and employer branding through innovative and consistent graphic design.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Communication

Develop creative marketing collateral aligned with Nicomatic's global brand guidelines. Design brochures, product catalogs, flyers, datasheets, posters, banners, standees, and company profiles. Create visual assets for product launches, campaigns, and customer engagement activities. Maintain consistency across all marketing communications.

Digital Marketing Support

Design graphics for Linked In, websites, email campaigns, newsletters, and digital advertisements. Create engaging infographics explaining technical products and solutions. Develop promotional creatives for webinars, product launches, and corporate announcements.

Sales Enablement

Prepare professional customer presentations and proposal templates. Create diagrams, illustrations, icons, and product comparison graphics. Support sales teams with customized customer presentation materials.

Product & Technical Visualization

Convert engineering concepts into customer-friendly visual graphics. Design connector application illustrations, cable assembly visuals, and system architecture graphics. Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical products.

Exhibition & Event Support

Design exhibition booths, roll-up banners, product display panels, and event branding. Develop promotional materials for defence exhibitions, aerospace expos, and industry events.

Multimedia & Video Support

Design graphics for product videos and corporate videos. Create basic animations and motion graphics for digital campaigns. Support video editing for promotional content.

Internal Communication

Design employee communication materials. Create training posters, onboarding presentations, certificates, and internal newsletters. Support employer branding initiatives.

Design Management

Maintain design libraries and digital assets. Ensure proper version control of marketing materials. Coordinate with external printers and agencies when required. Deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create clear, high-quality visual content for technical and marketing purposes. Experience in Branding, including developing and maintaining consistent visual identity across multiple platforms. Knowledge of Marketing and Social Media Marketing, with the ability to align designs to campaign objectives and audience needs. Proficiency in common design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or similar), and familiarity with design for both print and digital media. Relevant educational background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills in English; experience in B2 B or electronics/industrial sectors is an advantage.
