Job Description

Manage all day-to-day field operations for ground-up and major renovation projects.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and project schedules.

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within quality expectations.

Lead site meetings and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues.

Maintain accurate project documentation and utilize construction management technology.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.

Experience delivering ground-up church projects is highly preferred.

Candidates with experience in K-12 education, entertainment venues, movie theaters, concert venues, retail, or high-end interiors will also be considered.

Ability and willingness to travel nationally; candidates open to regional Southeast travel are also encouraged to apply.

Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, no-ego approach.

Professional, polished communication skills and a client-facing mindset.

Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and project scheduling software is highly desirable.

Proven ability to lead projects safely while maintaining quality and schedule performance
