Job Purpose :-

We are looking for a People & Culture Executive who will be responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives and creating a positive, connected, and vibrant workplace culture.

Who You Are :-

• 2–4 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, Employee Engagement, or Employee Experience.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, energetic, and passionate about creating engaging employee experiences.
• Strong event planning and execution skills.
• Comfortable working with employees and stakeholders across all levels.

What Will Excite Us :-

• Experience in planning and executing Fun Fridays, Town Halls, team-building activities, celebrations, and employee events.
• Hands-on experience managing Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs.
• Experience handling employee engagement calendars and activities.
• Strong coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to come up with creative and innovative engagement ideas.
• Experience in measuring participation and collecting employee feedback.

• Owning Fun Fridays, Town Halls, R&R, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
• Supporting and coordinating employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Planning and executing annual events, celebrations, and key organizational milestones.
• Supporting and coordinating CSR initiatives and employee volunteering activities.
• Preparing and delivering engaging presentations and employee communication sessions.
• Building initiatives that strengthen employee connection and company culture.
• Working closely with employees, HR, leadership teams, and external vendors.
• Supporting People & Culture operations initiatives and projects as needed.
• Bringing fresh ideas to make the workplace more engaging and enjoyable.
• Measuring participation, gathering employee feedback, and using insights to improve engagement initiatives.
• Seeing your initiatives directly contribute to a positive employee experience.
