OMFIT for Parents is looking for enthusiastic and qualified Physiotherapists and Fitness Trainers to join our growing team and work with older adults through live online sessions.

Remote Physiotherapist / Fitness Trainer

Job Type

• Part-Time
• 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities

✅ Conduct 50-minute live online sessions

✅ Guide participants through mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility exercises

✅ Ensure safe exercise practices and participant well-being

✅ Motivate and engage older adults during sessions

✅ Follow standardized training protocols and program guidelines

✅ Track participant progress and provide appropriate exercise modifications

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy, Fitness Training, Exercise Science, or a related field
• Experience working with adults or senior citizens is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable conducting online sessions
• Passion for health, wellness, and community impact
