Starting salary of £28,000, increasing to £30,000 after 6 months
Year 1 OTE of £55,000+
Year 2 OTE of £70,000+

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Recruitment is a highly commercial role that combines sales, relationship building, and market expertise. xrexnqw
You'll be responsible for:
Building relationships with candidates and clients within the technology sector
Identifying and engaging top talent through networking, referrals, social media, and job boards
Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
Managing recruitment processes from initial contact through to offer stage
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Advising clients on hiring strategies and market trends
Supporting candidates throughout the onboarding process
