MaineHealth, the largest health system in Maine, is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Geriatrician to provide inpatient consultative care to hospitalized older adults at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. Join a small, collaborative inpatient team of 3 experienced physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to provide Age-Friendly 4Ms care to older adults hospitalized at Maine's largest Level 1 trauma center. While the focus of this position is inpatient, the Division of Geriatrics at Maine Medical Center includes 16 physicians and 18 APPs who provide care to older adults across the spectrum, including inpatient, facility-based, and outpatient primary care.
