Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain key health and safety aspects for projects.
Ensure adherence to UK health & safety regulations and industry best practices.
Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Provide health and safety documentation based on risk assessments and incident investigations for individual projects.
Review design safety inputs.
Verify safe execution of construction and commissioning activities.
Requirements:
Degree educated in a STEM subject, preferably engineering.
Experience in an engineering environment providing leading health & safety expertise.
NEBOSH or IOSH certification held.
Expert knowledge of UK health & safety regulations in construction.
Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
Proven experience carrying out risk assessments, health & safety audits, site inspections, incident investigations, and corrective & preventative actions.
Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
