Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver technical training programs across Pakistan Logistics.
  • Conduct structured onboarding and training for new hires covering processes, SOPs, systems, KPIs, and operational expectations.
  • Conduct refresher and upskilling sessions based on operational requirements and identified capability gaps.
  • Deliver classroom, on-the-job, and virtual training as required.
  • Develop and maintain training presentations, SOP-based learning materials, process guides, quick-reference guides, tutorials, case studies, quizzes, and assessments.
  • Convert complex logistics processes into simple, practical, and easy-to-understand learning content.
  • Ensure training materials remain aligned with the latest processes, systems, SOPs, and operational changes.
  • Develop and conduct quizzes, tests, and knowledge checks.
  • Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure knowledge improvement.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and design targeted interventions accordingly.
  • Work with Operations to ensure employees can effectively apply training on the job.
  • Build and maintain training trackers covering onboarding, refresher training, assessments, certifications, and completion status.
  • Monitor training attendance, completion, assessment scores, and identified knowledge gaps.
  • Prepare regular training reports and dashboards for management.
  • Maintain accurate training records across relevant logistics functions.
  • Partner with Operations Excellence and Logistics teams to identify operational performance gaps that can be addressed through training.
  • Analyze operational data and recurring process issues to identify underlying capability gaps.
  • Develop targeted training interventions and measure their effectiveness against relevant operational KPIs.
  • Establish standardized onboarding frameworks, checklists, and learning paths for different logistics roles.
  • Ensure new employees complete required training within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate with Operations and HR to ensure a smooth transition from training to live operations.
  • Continuously improve onboarding based on feedback and new-hire performance.
  • Support selected behavioral and interpersonal training initiatives, including communication, customer handling, teamwork, problem-solving, workplace behavior, and professional conduct.
  • Coordinate with HR/L&D teams for specialized training requirements.
  • Work closely with Logistics Operations, Operations Excellence, HR, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate training schedules while minimizing disruption to operations.
  • Act as the L&D focal point for Pakistan Logistics and continuously gather feedback to improve training effectiveness.
  • Use AI to accomplish L&D tasks efficiently.

Position Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
  • Relevant L&D, training, logistics, or supply chain certifications are an advantage.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training, Operations Training, Logistics, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Retail, or a similar operational environment.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Experience working with frontline or field-based employees is preferred.
  • Exposure to logistics, courier, warehouse, last-mile, transportation, or e-commerce operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong training delivery and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop clear and engaging training materials.
  • Good Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to maintain training trackers and reports.
  • Ability to develop quizzes, assessments, and knowledge checks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with operational data and KPIs.
  • Good understanding of SOPs and process documentation.
  • Experience with LMS or digital learning platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident working with frontline and operational teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong execution mindset and hands‑on approach.
  • Ability to simplify complex processes and explain them effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel to logistics facilities/hubs when required.
