DataCenter Critical Facility Lead
What this role does:Senior-most onsite owner of power, cooling, and critical infrastructure (including liquid cooling). This person owns escalations, risk, and uptime across the facility
What they’ll own:Escalation point for all facility-related incidents (power, cooling, building systems)Change management for high-risk maintenanceIncident response coordination with engineering SMEsOversight of colo partners and maintenance qualityCommissioning support (L1–L5) and ongoing reliability initiatives
Must-have background:Deep experience with generators, UPS, chillers, cooling systems, electrical distributionStrong understanding of redundancy models (2N, N+1, N+2, concurrent maintainability)Power/cooling capacity planning (TIA-942, ASHRAE)GPU datacenter exposure (H100, B200, GB200)
Nice xzbcwsv to have:Electrical/Mechanical certificationsExperience working directly with colos and vendorsExperience with data hall build-outs + commissioning influcence
