Regional head - operations

We are looking for a Regional Head - Operations for South location, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead and grow a high-value business portfolio of approximately ₹5,000 Cr. The ideal candidate will operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, driving strategic outcomes and delivering exceptional business performance.

18–20 years FMCG experience with 15+ years in leadership, handling large volumes and teams will be preferred

Job Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional collaboration with Category, SCM, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment Drive operational excellence through strict adherence to processes, systems, and compliance requirement Responsible for top line and bottom line performance Drive strategy into action with sharp, timely execution Build a high-performance team by leading training, coaching, and capability development Cultivate strong, influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, enabling smooth operations and long-term business success Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and business transformation

Qualification: Post Graduation with 18-20 years of relevant experience
